Melattingal Siva Temple (Melattingal Sivan Kovil) is one of the most famous temples in South India. The main deity worshipped is Mahadevan; Lord Siva. The shrine is situated in historical place named Melattingal 1 km away from the Poovanpara Bridge located north of Attingal Town in Thiruvananthapurm District which is the capital district of God’s own country-Kerala.
